Plants

Because of the world of Talagus’s unforgiving nature of volcanoes and dryness, it is impossible for plants to grow naturally on it. Not to mention, Talugians have no interest in plants as something like a plant would simply burn up at their fingertips. Plants do not exist, but this does not stop many creatures with a similar biology as the Talugians to thrive.

Creatures

Creatures on Talagus survive in a similar matter to the Talugians. For water, they drink lava, which can be found absolutely everywhere, and as for food, many simply eat molten rock. One might think with such available resources,  no predatory tendencies arise, but instead they multiply. Creatures on planet Talagus eat eachother in order to gain power, and it is also a delicacy. The make-up of the creatures bodies can be delicious and especially nutritious to any of the creatures there. Cave creatures are an exception to this rule, as they live isolated deep within. At the top of the food chain are the fire dragons Ignis Draco (pictured above), a solitary species which fights amongst its own brothers, and is extremely powerful. They are quite hazardous for the Talugians, but with their charge, a Talugian can easily face one. They are often used to fly around the world of Talagus, as they have an impressive speed of 1000km/h. Other creatures such as the Louygaz pictured on the right is a rat like lava creature. Many are like this, formed of molten rock and lava. On planet Talagus, the idiom “you are what you eat” is quite literal.
