Art is created by using lava, this makes for very vibrant art, and lava is not only used for just pure art that’s nice to look at. The Talugians have created a technology that lets them make their lava change colors, which they use very often in their cities as light sources to liven up the dry colors the planet normally has. Apart from that, rock structures are very common along the streets of the major cities of Talagus.
On Talagus, arts and music flourish since there is not much to do work-wise. In terms of music, there exists a predominant genre that you could call singing or body music. The Talugians “sing” with their rocky mouths, and they use their own crackly bodies to create music. This genre called Patuki is especially popular because it depends on the individuals body parts, and as their rock formations are very apt to change, some are able to perform it much better than others. For example, on Talugian may have all bland rocks that make up his/her body, so all the sounds they make sound similar. While another Talugian may have some body parts to have sharp edges, others bland, maybe some are hollow, making up a whole new array of notes, kind of like having a very diverse instrument.
Their rocky bodies are used to make songs.
